Mountain Island is the northwest Charlotte community. For a Mountain Island-area address, confirm the actual water supply and property access when discussing coverage. An outdoor wet patch needs a source assessment that considers rain, irrigation and the private supply route. Do not infer the cause of moisture from proximity to a water body or the community name.
Provide the location of any known private service route and identify gates or long access paths without assuming a response time. For Mountain Island, call (323) 916-2854 with the complete address, the symptoms and the person authorized to approve the work. Confirm the requested service, assessment charge and appointment availability before booking.
Review underground water leak detection and high water bill leak diagnosis for the relevant diagnostic or repair choices. The service guide explains other plumbing leak work. [Charlotte Water responsibility guidance](https://www.charlottenc.gov/water/Water-Quality/Lead-and-Copper) applies to its own connections; verify the provider and boundary for the property.
